<p>Existing accounts may be suspended after a period of inactivity, and this affects your access and your emails from ADELE.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Defence Identity</strong> account suspensions are linked with your access to the Defence Protected Network (DPN).</li>
<li><strong>Sponsored</strong> accounts are suspended after <strong>90 days</strong> of inactivity. These accounts have an <strong>expiry date</strong> upon which they are automatically suspended.</li>
</ul>
<p>You will not be notified if your account is suspended and you cannot receive system notifications including <i>password reset emails</i>. You must contact your Australian Department of Defence sponsor if your account is past its specified expiry date and you still need to access ADELE.</p>
